Out Client Communication Process

Transaction Management means your clients and your team stay informed each step of the way as we proceed from preapproval to closing. We stay in communication with you through:

1) Weekly email Status Reports to the listing and selling agents that provide a snap shot of where your client is in the loan process.

2) Our transaction coordinators will work with appraisers, title and escrow officers, to keep the transaction on track for an ON TIME closing!

3) Additional updates for receipt of appraisal, underwriting approvals, documents to title, and loan fundings.

4) We provide HUD-1/Closing Statement review before your client goes to signing to correct any errors that may have occurred and assure a smooth closing.
